Our practice uses a secure electronic health record system to maintain all of our patient paperwork. When you are scheduled for your first appointment, our administrative assistant will send a link to your email to set up a portal account with us, and to complete a few documents. In order for us to best serve you and be prepared for your first session, we require that all portal paperwork is completed prior to your appointment.
