I want to get the most out of therapy. What can I do to help?

We are so glad you are dedicated to getting the most out of your sessions. Your active participation and dedication will be crucial to your success. We believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to identify behaviors and patterns that may be standing in your way.

How do I schedule an appointment?

When you are ready to schedule your first appointment with us, please contact our office by phone at (281) 882-3706 or by using the contact form below. Our administrative assistant Leigh Ann will be pleased to assist you in becoming a new patient with us, or answer any questions regarding services.

How much will my sessions cost?

Counseling with our clinicians range from $95 - $175 per session. Our practice is also in network with BCBS, Aetna, UHC and Cigna at this time. Once we get you set up as a new client, our billing specialist will verify your benefits for the services to be provided, and send you an estimated cost per session.

Can I do therapy online?

We know life can be hectic at times and coming to an appointment in person is not always feasible, we offer tele-therapy services through a secure online portal.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards as the only form of payment for services. You will be asked to place a card on file when you complete your intake paperwork prior to your scheduled appointment.

What do I bring to my first appointment?

If you have had any previous evaluations or treatment notes feel free to upload them to our secure portal or bring them to your first appointment.

For those completing an evaluation, report cards, progress notes and/or recommendation from teachers and doctors are welcomed.
