Dr. Hays is proud to be a trained provider in teletherapy and telebehavioral health services since 2014.  She has experience working with individuals remotely from around the world, making her an ideal therapist for individuals who travel for work.  We recognize that technology is a powerful tool in mental health care and are proud to have served and supported over 100 patients in providing comprehensive care in a flexible manner.

We are in-network with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and United Health Care.  We also work hard to keep our out of pocket fees very reasonable and commensurate with insurance reimbursement rates.  We offer payment plans for evaluations.
